Shipping and returns

How your order gets to you.

We are a small shop. Here is exactly what happens after you order.

Printed to order

Every book is printed and shipped by our printer, Lulu. Because they print each copy to order, a larger order can arrive in more than one delivery, and anything digital lands in your inbox right away rather than in the mail.

Where we ship

The United States and Canada. Printing plus delivery usually takes about one to two weeks in the US, and a little longer to Canada. You get an email with tracking the moment it ships.

In time for Christmas

Order by December 1 for Christmas. That is the printer's date, not ours.

Returns

Every one-time order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If it is not right, you get a full refund and you keep the books. See our guarantee.
